Welcome …
Hello my friends, supporters, prayer partners, family, work partners, mentors, pastors, and most of all, my sweetie pie. I am the “trip leader” for a group of people [42 to be exact] on their way to the country of Rwanda, to teach 5 churches about a plan that will change the very heart of this country — through these churches.
Background
This plan is entitled the P.E.A.C.E. Plan. About two years ago, I signed a “Life Mission Commitment” that I take quite seriously. I committed FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE to build God’s Kingdom: by being an Ambassador of “the” Good News; by sharing my personal testimony to build relationships; and just by living on mission and in mission through this P.E.A.C.E. plan. What is the mission? It is to Plant churches; Equip leaders; Assist the poor; Care for the sick; Educate the next generation.
Purpose
The purpose of this blog is to traverse the thousands of miles between us, enabling you to experience the wonderful new adventures I’m just about to begin.
So TODAY … that’s what a blog is … a daily journal correct? Well TODAY, my Prayer for Rwanda is for HOPE.
God of hope, grant that Rwanda may overflow with hope.
Find rest, O my soul, in God alone;
my hope comes from him,
He alone is my rock and my salvation;
